Increase the productivity of your press up to 60% with SACMI SPE Plana. It can be installed on the following new or existing models of SACMI presses: PH6200, PH6500, PH7500, PH8200, PH10000.

1. from 7 to 11 outputs on 15x90 cm formats

The SPE Plana extractor features 4 independent pistons mechanically linked to the moving part of the mould. Each piston is an independent mechatronic object, resulting in:
• a high degree of accuracy and repeatability during positioning;
• perfect synchronisation of movements.
As a result of the total control of mould flatness and the increased extraction force (up to 30 tonnes), a significant improvement in quality and productivity is achieved in both medium/large formats. The maximum increase that can be achieved is in large listels, 15x90cm and similar sizes (considering a PH8200 press, with SPE Plana it is possible to increase outputs from 7 to 11, +57%, equal to 1 million sq.m. more product per year).
