The ATM automatic washing system was designed and created to meet the needs of internal spray dryer cleaning, using pressurized water.

The system allows safe washing of the operator, reducing consumption and washing times. It is available in two versions: automatic with vertical inlet from above or semi-automatic with lateral entry

Technical features

With closed doors and without operator, the rotating head washes in a few minutes the spray dryer at 95%, with a reduced water consumption.
To complete the washing, there are 2 manual finishing lances.

The system is composed by:

Rotating head, placed at the end of a lance or of a flexible tube that will be inserted into the spray dryer
Centrifugal pump group
Finishing lances
Motorized group for upper or lateral inlet
Stainless steel tank
