SACMI is able to provide remote technical assistance through the web.
All SACMI machines equipped with our UBIQUITY device can be reached by our Tecnical Assistance. But we can include in our remote assistance package also our augmented reality system.
By purchasing a the REMOTE ASSISTANCE – XMREALITY package the customer gets the possibility to reach a senior SACMI technician able to support the field operators in all the needed activities in real time, achieving a faster restoration of the production.
XMREALITY is a simple APP that can be installed in any device and used to connect different operators and also different customers plants.
