PRODUCTION INCREASE

With this intervention, an existing sprayer can be upgraded to obtain up to 10% more output. The solution consists in adapting the current burner (with the possibility of replacing it with one of greater thermal power), and a modification of the system's aeraulic circuit (exhaust air pipe, cyclones, fans, bag filter). The starting point of the intervention is an analysis of the machine's current operating condition and the customer's expectations. The investment can be customised, even providing for the replacement of part of these units at a second stage to optimise the depreciation of existing components. SACMI can propose a turnkey solution. All supplied elements are designed and optimised on the basis of the customer's specific layout.
