AIR/GAS RATIO VALVE

AIR/GAS RATIO VALVE

The ratio valve is for continuously adjusting the combustion air flow rate towards the single burner, by promptly following the evolution of gas flow rate.

YOUR ADVANTAGES

  • Reduction of consumptions as compared to the functioning with fixed air burners, at the same working conditions
  • Constant air/gas flow ratio when gas flow changes in each burner
  • The product quality is guaranteed with an automatic control of air/gas adjustments
  • Fumes volumes reduction in the kiln during normal working time, as well as production downtime

Technical features
The ratio valve is for continuously adjusting the combustion air flow rate towards the single burner, by promptly following the evolution of gas flow rate. In this way, the stoichiometric adjustment of the burner is ensured at any working condition. The valve, installed on the combustion air pipe of the burner, adjusts the air flow ratio by comparing the pressure of air flowing into the valve and the pressure of the gas flowing into the burner. Gas pressure is taken, thanks to a gas impulse, directly from the gas pipe entering the burner and sent to the valve, thus allowing to deliver the air flow out, with a stoichiometric ratio with the gas flow.
