Dust emissions into the environment are subject to increasingly stringent limits, as part of growing regulatory attention and social awareness of the sustainability of manufacturing. The proposed intervention goes exactly in this direction: by installing the bag filter in place of the traditional wet filter, dust emissions can be reduced by up to 10mg/Nm3 while at the same time reducing electricity consumption and eliminating water consumption. The intervention includes all necessary modifications to the machine for the integration of this technology. The positioning of the bag filter in the layout is followed directly by SACMI in accordance with the customer's requirements.
