Technical features

In the “Zero Fuel” recovery system, the intake pipes that draw air from the final cooling zone are extended and, in order to further increase the temperature of the retrieved air, the flow passes through the slow cooling heat exchanger ducts. This system ensures an increase in recovery air flows at an average temperature of about 170°C. Since hot air can be drawn from both kiln cooling chimney outlets, it’s possible to meet 100% of multi-level dryer energy requirements and run it at full capacity without fuel. This dryer type is longer than the standard version.
