KILN CONVERSION KIT: FROM FMA TO FMD

This modification lets producers measure and adjust air and gas flows to the burners via the supervisor to match the firing recipe, making the kiln ‘digital’.

Technical features

With this modification, air and gas flows are measured and modulated independently on each burner group. Gas flow is adjusted automatically to maintain the temperature at the various points in the firing channel; air flow is adjusted automatically to maintain the combustion ratio set for that burner group (oxidizing, stoichiometric, slightly reducing).
