RUBBER LINING

Over the years, the close collaboration between SACMI and B&B has enabled the development of a wear-resistant rubber lining designed to maximise the mill's production efficiency and respect the technological characteristics of the mix, making it a fundamental part of the grinding process. The minimum guaranteed life and frequent free check-ups ensure maximum return on investment. The various warehouses located all over the world supported by an emergency service allow for the best possible management of both emergencies and scheduled maintenance. The wide range of solutions in the catalogue allows the product to be configured to any technical and technological requirement:

• ABSOLUTE: High thickness shell in the initial grinding phase, suitable for silica and alumina grinding media and composed of asymmetrical lifting bars and smooth plates.
• EVOLUTION: Corrugated shell in the final grinding phase, suitable for alumina grinding media and composed of symmetrical lifting bars and plates with different thicknesses.
• High-thickness smooth shell (consisting of lifting bars and plates of uniform thickness) suitable in the initial grinding phase, for solving technological problems in the grinding cycle;
• High-thickness load heads, full connection segment and monolithic anti-infiltration hatch;
• Discharge diaphragm with modular, self-cleaning grills, also available in oversized version for high productivity; Structural steel carpentry, also available in stainless or wear-resistant steel.
