This System is wire-connected to the control panel and indicates the area in which one or more kiln rollers have broken.

Technical features

The system warns the worker that one or more rollers in the kiln have broken. It does this by detecting upward movement of the roller segment on the idle side. Workers can identify the module in which the roller broke by way of a dedicated Control Panel and PLC: a signal arrives directly from the wire and from the area where the accident occurred. An electrical connection between the detection system control panel (normally installed at the kiln outlet) and the kiln control panel means the worker can also run checks and receive warnings on the latter.
